Saven built a custom application to contribute IOPV’s for Hong Kong and Singapore iShares to Bloomberg for BGI Hong Kong (Barclay’s). Saven used Bloomberg's Pricelink format using the its ActiveX library. The library allows publishing digital prices in Pricelink format to Bloomberg market data servers over the Internet. The IOPV’s are sourced from an XML market data web service at IDC.

Stock Simulator has been released in late 2008 and has been a good success. iSimulator replicates the same application and feature on the popular iPhone devise from Apple. It allows registered users to take part in contests that award cash prizes for top ranked traders in the simulated game. The application uses real-time stock market data and a simulated matching engine to execute various types of equity market orders placed by the users.

This application was built for, www.rendezblu.com. RendezBlu site is a proximity social network based on contacts, which one gathers via phone’s Bluetooth feature and later upload to rendezblu.com. The phone application allows people to literally connect via Bluetooth and gather contacts automatically behind the scenes, while they go about doing normal activities. RendezBlu will exchange contacts based on the preferences selected on users’ phone. Unlike other social networks which can build artificial links, RendezBlu only connects people who came in close proximity to user, within range of about 30 feet or 10 meters, and who also had the application running on their phone.

Saven completed FIX/FAST Market Data processor for CME’s market data feed. This software contains multiple components that can be used by clients for both real-time market data processing and for building historical market data store. CME broadcasts market data using IP Multicast protocol. CME’s products are grouped into logical groups which are broadcast on separate channels. Within each channel, market data messages are distributed over A and B feeds providing a real time backup for clients, in case of missed messages on a feed.

At the national level organizations have leveraged the online rich media to connect with the sports fans. However, such parallels are rarely available at the neighborhood, county, district or the city level. Client wanted to change this, but they needed a cost effective way to deliver such a service. There is revenue potential in a venture of this type but large upfront costs of building a sophisticated sports portal can setback the plans.

Saven completes IDC's Real time services PLUSFEED adaptor for VHAYU's VELOCITY November 27th, 2008
The PlusFeed adapter (FeedCTF) is a 64-bit add-on module of Vhayu’s Velocity product. It is loaded onto the Broadcast Server and subscribes to PlusFeed, a consolidated low latency global data feed from Interactive Data Real-time Services. PlusFeed provides extensive financial market data from exchanges worldwide, including level 2 data across all asset classes. FeedCTF receives messages from PlusFeed and transforms them into Vhayu records, which are then multicast to the Analytics Engines. All messages from PlusFeed are in Comstock Token Format (CTF), and are delivered through their Customer Site Processor (CSP) or PlusServer.
